– The customer must provide correct information when making a booking.
– The booking is considered confirmed after receiving a confirmation message.
– Prices are determined in advance or based on distance and service type.
– Payments are made online or upon arrival according to the payment policy.
– One hour of free waiting time is included during the day.
– Night waiting time is completely free.
– Additional waiting time during the day is charged at 5$ per hour after the first free hour.
– It is not allowed to exceed the legally permitted number of passengers.
– The company is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control such as traffic or weather conditions.
– The driver is not responsible for any lost items after the trip has ended.
– Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
– We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking in case of inappropriate conditions.
