Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
– We accept online payments via Visa Card and MasterCard through our secure payment system on the website.
– We also accept Visa Card and MasterCard payments upon arrival using a POS terminal.
– Cash payment is also accepted upon arrival in different currencies.
– In case of payment in a different currency, the exchange rate at the time of payment will apply.
– All prices include taxes and service fees.
– There are no hidden fees after booking confirmation.
– The booking can be cancelled free of charge at least 3 hours before the scheduled trip time.
– In case of late cancellation, a fee of up to 30% of the booking amount may be charged.
– In case of customer no-show, the full trip amount will be charged.
– A refund is only available if the payment was made in advance and the cancellation is made within the allowed time.
– The refund process takes between 3 to 7 working days.
– The refund will be issued using the same payment method where possible.
– No refund will be issued if the service has been fully completed.
